Sharma's kitchen staff is led by Iker González Ayerbe.
Iker was the head chef at the María Cristina Hotel in San Sebastián
(Guipúzcoa) for nine years, the only hotel establishment with five
stars in the province capital, and he spend 3 years doing
gastronomic research at the Basque Culinary Center.

He trained at the School of Tourism and Hospitality of San
Sebastián and at the Lycée Hôtelier de Biarritz, and has worked in 
Peru, Chile, Argentina, Cuba and Italy. He considers himself
enterprising and enthusiastic, which helps him continuously
discover new flavours, making each dish an explosion for the
senses.
